Yoga is beneficial no matter what age you are; kids of all ages can enjoy a yoga class. Yoga is fun positive and connects you back to your body through movement, stretching, games, songs and postures during storytelling. Yoga has wonderful benefits for the body and minds of kids especially in their busy worlds. Relaxation at the end of every class gives kids the chance to stop and unwind.
Family Yoga is the chance to do yoga with your child, to spend time together stretching, relaxing and having fun doing postures together. Family yoga can help to improve the bond between you and your children, reconnecting back together, being fully present with each other whilst bringing play into the class.
Tina is qualified with Yoga’d Up and Radiant Child teacher training to teach all ages of children.
